Don’t purchase from this company they are scammers!! They fulfill orders with what they want to give you and then will not replay to messages or inquiries, for refunds or exchanges when the error was their fault.

Longer delivery time

Never received my item. No one responds to the customer service email on file. This is why I hate purchasing from online boutiques that are just not credible. Wanted to try something new but the store has definitely ruined my experience. I will be doing a chargeback on my card.

Excellent experience.

Overpriced items not good quality

Sent several messages only received auto reply. Never anyone acknowledging my issue.

Shipping ok

Product quality is 100

BEAUTIFUL! The dress looks exactly the same in person as it does online. Excellent quality, great fit, and I love the colors.

Great

I received the White/Red bottom Fedora Hat dirty & bent. Looked like it was a display item. Also the Hat looked pinkish instead of white due to seeing the Red bottom through the white. I gave it a 1 star due to the condition of that item. I Notified the seller right away. She was kind & they replaced it with a white/black bottom & I love that Hat. I gave the replacements Hat 5 stars. This is my third purchase of the Fedora in three colors/ love them all. I get so many compliments. I recommend purchasing.

I received my order very quickly. I was updated regularly on the arrival of my order.

The shipping was good.

I will be ordering from this company again

This was here in two days, excellent shipping and handling.
