This was the worst expirience I’ve ever had shopping online. I paid for shipping protection and for 4 day shipping. The item didn’t “ship” out until 10+ days after my purchase. I had been in contact with customer service begging them to please ship as it was for a gift. Well, it didn’t make it on time (needless to say). Now, I can’t even return it because it’s an “accessory” and also up to the companies discretion if I get the return, on top of a 20% restocking fee charge. I don’t trust the store to give my money back as they have proven themselves untrustworthy. I don’t know how this store gets any business. They are fraud and scam. Also, they have these exact hats on SHEIN for 1/3 of the price.

Pros: The color is beautiful, the beading is gorgeous, and delivery was fairly quick. Cons: The fabric is very thin and feels more like a beach cover-up than an elegant outfit, which doesn’t justify the price. The return policy is extremely strict (7 days), and customer service was unresponsive. I reached out by email and social media twice with no reply until after the return window had closed…ironically, the next message I received was this review request. Final Thoughts: If you decide to purchase, make sure to read reviews carefully beforehand, because returns are difficult. Unfortunately, due to the poor customer service and rigid return policy, I wouldn’t shop here again.

Sadly I didn't get any photos but I didn't think absolutely beautiful. I forgot my earrings but you're aint. That's cool. I want to go see Raphael Saddiq absolutely beautiful I got rained on, but I looked absolutely beautiful it was an amazing time. Thank you for making this experience a great one. I will be purchasing again

Very disappointed I tried to cancel my order the day after I ordered it. I pay for two days shipping. I received it in four days. I tried to return it and I was told I would be charged a 10% restocking fee, and I also had to pay to ship it back, disappointed and will never shop your site again

Don't order anything on pre-order. It's not worth the wait if you plan it for an occasion. Do so only if you have time to wait and are not pressed.

Arm sleeves are too short for me but manageable. Also, i should have purchased the next size to get a roomier fit. The overall outfit is gorgeous.

Terrible customer service. You pay for items that you never recieved and customer service does not return emails.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I placed my order on 6/17/25. 6/19/25 I received an email with an USPS tracking number. To date the only action that has occured was a label created. I have sent several emails to the company to follow up regarding my order and I have yet to receive a response. I guess I will have to dispute the charge with my bank as I have not recieved the dress. So you asked me " So, how did we do?" You did TERRIBLE and I will never shop with your company again
