Scamming site, thats how you did! You give black businesses a very bad name!

My experience was not good. I ordered an item well over $100 item but I cannot afford to return because they want a $20 restocking fee will not give you your money back on top of that you have to order something else as well as $35 to send it back. I’m stuck with an item I cannot wear.

[Review from my daughter] So I saw this outfit on an Instagram post of a person I follow, storyslookbook, and said this outfit it so me. I contacted her and asked her what size she ordered so I could gauge from that what I needed to order, and to say the outfit is stunning might be an under-statement. It suits me so well and quality is top notch, has a little weight to it, but perfect. I cannot wait to wear it; was an early birthday purchase. So, no problems with the purchase, no problems with the delivery. Love it and you will too.

Finally received product, after being ordered 2 months prior. When it arrived, there was a 2 inch section of the cardigan where the stitching was unraveled. I’m not even going to waste my time sending in a complaint, I’d rather do it here for all to know about and fix it myself. I’ll never order from them again. This was my 2nd time with a bad experience. I thought I’d give them another try at redemption, but nothing has improved. Done with them!!! The set IS cute however!

This was the worst expirience I’ve ever had shopping online. I paid for shipping protection and for 4 day shipping. The item didn’t “ship” out until 10+ days after my purchase. I had been in contact with customer service begging them to please ship as it was for a gift. Well, it didn’t make it on time (needless to say). Now, I can’t even return it because it’s an “accessory” and also up to the companies discretion if I get the return, on top of a 20% restocking fee charge. I don’t trust the store to give my money back as they have proven themselves untrustworthy. I don’t know how this store gets any business. They are fraud and scam. Also, they have these exact hats on SHEIN for 1/3 of the price.
