These people do a great job. The only annoyance I experience is when reordering a previous order they request a proof instead of giving the exact order again. You can call and get this step bypassed but it does require a call and you still get emails requesting proof which makes it confusing if the order is going to go into production or not. Other than this they always do a good job.

Purchased a new Craftsman tool chest and they now come with perforations in the top & bottom. I used the roll magnet to conceal the perforations to keep the dirt out. The material was easy to work with, I used my Fiskars Rotary Cutter to cut the roll magnet to size and the cutter sliced through the material with ease. The roll magnet material was packed unbelievably well and arrived in perfect condition; this is obviously not their first rodeo with shipping this type of material. The customer service was exemplary in my multiple email exchanges during my purchase decision making process. You absolutely will not find better customer service anywhere, maybe a very rare few as good though certainly not better (I would bold & underline that statement if I could).

Customer service gave me attitude when I asked about returns or exchange. Simply was asking if it was possible at all and was told like I am a child that I cannot do either. That is fine. A simple no sorry we can't offer that would have been fine. Also, the magnets are so low quality and do not stick to metal....
