Great quality and quick shipping

Thank you for helping us with our locker magnets. Communication and product were amazing!

Fast and always on time. Thanks

My experience with the company was great! Kim was extremely helpful and her communication was prompt and friendly. I would definitely use them for another project,

Great helpful service and product arrived on time, as expected.

Loved the magnets, great communication and customer support

Exceptional customer service! I had a small custom order (only 6 8x8 magnets for personal use). Was having difficulty with the website so called in and was helped by Geno. He walked me through the entire process and was very patient with me as I am not the best at computer creativity. After submitting my order, Geno noticed that I had made a mistake and helped correct it immediately. I received my order within 10 days and they were better than I ever expected. These were purchased to use as cruise ship door decorations for a group cruise celebrating my Daughter's PhD graduation so this was very personal and special. I would highly recommend this company and would certainly use them again if the need arises.

Prompt delivery. As advertised. Product as expected, in good condition.

excellent product. To store my magnets on. It came in a tube wound quite tightly. I had to let it sit out for a while to straighten, but it’s OK now. Wish I could get smaller pieces, like a foot wide to put in my paper cutter.

Kim gets my rave reviews for bringing my outdoor auto magnets to completion. I had our church logo in a PDF, but did not have a graphics program to bring the magnet to completion. I emailed Kim and she told me to email the PDF to her and her team would produce the magnets to my specifications. She/they completed this in just one day. I paid for 150 magnets and I am thrilled with the results. I will take them to church tomorrow and I know that the beautiful magnets will quickly be scooped up by our members. I will stand up tomorrow and praise Kim and her team during our prayers for joys. Thank you for this opportunity to send praise and thanks.

Very nice, I called to inform them that the reorder button does not work correctly. I used it on a past order and received 12”x12” instead of 12”x16”. It would cost too much to ship back so I’m holding onto them. Would have been nice to get some kind of credit for future use since this was not the product I was reordering. I mainly wanted the company to know so others did not experience the same issue.

Kim D. was very helpful throughout the entire ordering and design process, taking special care to make sure we loved the results. Very happy with the quality of the product and will be re-ordering in the near future.

Easy ordering process. Timely production and shipping. Very happy customer!

We had some questions from the website but a quick call to customer service cleared everything up, proofs were quick, final product arrived exactly how we wanted. Total TAT was maybe nine days on our small order. Very pleased!

Shipped quickly and they were very responsive to questions I asked.

excellent fast shipping, great price and product arrived as promised.

Quality is excellent and so is the service.

Placed order and received within 2 days. Quality Material.

So happy with my orders from Custom Magnets. I switched over from another brand and am thrilled with the quality. Thank you!

I just ordered the blue rolls of magnetic material, and they were exactly what I was looking for. They seem to be great quality, and the shipping was crazy fast too. Thank you!
