Great turn around time. . . small flaw
I was very impressed with the turnaround time in fulfilling my custom frame--shipped to me only two days after placing the order. And it arrived only two days after that. Great! The only small issue was that one of the joined corners was not well aligned. You can actually see through the gap at the join. Thankfully it is not really noticeable after the dust cover went on the back, STILL. . . I would have expected your quality control to catch such an issue.

Absolutely a wonderful selection of frames. My picture looks gorgeous. Waiting on a larger size of offset clips right now to complete. Never could have framed this picture (a gift from my sister) without CFS. I have ordered a couple of frames from Custom Frame Solutions and they have all turned out beautifully. I rate CFS and REALLY GREAT!!!!

Nice frame, color is off for my project
Not the colored frame I wanted for my project, the color had a shine to it and looked silvery. I will use it for a different cross stitch though. Nice frame!
