I have gone to Cubitts for all my glasses over the last number of years, and have always been happy. My latest purchase, however, knocks it out of the park. As a middle-aged man whose last hope of being cool went out the window with U2's ZooTV tour, these glasses have given me a new lease on life.

Came well packed with a tote bag, high quality case and a cleaning cloth. Frames are excellent quality and look great. Will be ordering again!

Very good service and advice

We recently traveled to Brighton for my wife's Birthday. Received outstanding customer service from team at Cubbits Brighton especially from Joss and Amy. They had a great selection of frames in different colours (and in stock) to try. So pleased with my purchase - the after sales was amazing too, helping to delivery my glasses. We live nowhere near Brighton, but we will be making a trip to Cubbits Brighton whenever we need new glass. Thank you!

Second pair ordered as I lost the first one on the tube and loved it. Same great look and excellent delivery and communication online.

Firstly I received the wrong size glasses XL when all my other Cubitts have been R, so made contact and returned them in order to get the correct size. After hearing nothing for a couple of weeks I made contact and the glasses were sent out. Upon receiving them to my dismay again i had the wrong size glasses and the wrong frame. When I called up I was told that you no longer made my originally requested frame. I requested a refund which I believe I am in the process of receiving. I have to say that I am very sad to have to report this as i have been a big fan of Cubitts, introducing my husband, sister and numerous friends to you. But really this last experience has been nothing short of dismal, and I actually cannot believe that you have asked me for a review of your service. Disappointedly yous Fran Warde
