The staff at the Spitalfields branch were wonderful. Very knowledgeable & helpful. Marta helped me choose 2 pairs of frames with vari focal lenses. I picked them up today, earlier than expected, such a nice atmosphere in the small shop. My new glasses were fitted for me by Marta again, friendly staff & professional service. Glasses and the clip on sunglasses are great quality and look great. I will be back again! Well done Cubitts Spitalfields!!

Great experience. I dropped into the shop in Brighton to try on frames. This was definitely a good move. The whole process of ordering and delivery was very quick and I have a pair of specs that I love for much less than I would pay on the high st for a lot less less style. I will be using Cubitts in future.

I've always used Warby Parker and while there frames are okay I was never super impressed by the quality. These are a bargain for what you get.

Love cubitts so much as they do the best glasses compare to other brands as they always bring out glasses I have to buy. Got 12 pairs so far and the only brand at their price to do black rims Frames and also they do stunning cleaning cloths which are works of art. Exemplary customer service too. I would not shop elsewhere for glasses.

My original order came really nicely packaged with a tote bag and a case. Unfortunately the size medium I ordered didn’t quite look right on me, I spoke to Ollie who was incredibly helpful. He sent me out 2 additional sizes to try on and then had me send them all back and got me the size I liked with my prescription. The process was really easy and Ollie was amazing, one of the best customer experiences I’ve had! I’ve recommended Cubbitts to my friends and family. The glasses themselves feel like great quality compared to competitors and look really good. Thanks!

I am really happy with these glasses (definitely my new favourites) but I’m even happier with the service I got from Cubitts, both in store and afterwards via email. The assistants I dealt with were so friendly and helpful without being pushy, and the beautiful package I received with my final glasses choice was lovely. I could have bought many, many more pairs (and probably will in the future!).

Honestly can never fault the whole experience. Quality of product, customer service, even the little things like opening your package is just second to none. Life-long customer here, have no doubt.

I’ve been a fan of Cubitts for sometime now and own two pairs of glasses for myself. So I thought I’d purchase a pair of these in the sienna with green lenses for a very special birthday present for my husband. He absolutely loves them. Now all we need is some sun!
