I have had the best experience with Cubitts . I find it very difficult to find stylish frames to fit my tiny head and Cubitts have an excellent range of small fitting frames. In store at Covent Garden and Coals Drop Yard I received friendly helpful advice whilst trying frames on. I ordered a pair online - simple intuitive process - then called the service centre to ask if my order could be expedited as it was an emergency (I had snapped my old pair and was glasses less!) The glasses arrived on the 5th working day👏🏼 Presentation of the glasses is beautiful - packaging, glasses box, cleaning cloth all gorgeously stylish. Price point is incredibly good value. Popped into Coals Drop Yard to get them fitted a bit more to my head - speedy friendly excellent service. Invited to come back anytime if they loosen over time. And now I have had an email offering me a service for the specs in a years time. I have not received such exceptional service anywhere else in such a long time. Oh and did I mention the glasses look terrific and I am delighted with them. Thank you Cubitts!

Cubitts clearly cares about brand perception and marketing but unfortunately fall short on quality and service. Only had my glasses since May with careful usage and storage. The glasses have developed scratches and I’ve been told this isn’t covered under warranty. I wouldn’t bother with this company. They look great on the surface but look under the hood, and it’s not great at all

I have recently purchased a pair of prescription glasses from Cubitts Borough. I was surprised at how reasonable the price was and that they combine their glasses with clip-on shades which I love and prevented me from having to spend an additional £500 on a pair of sunglasses. The team at Cubitts Borough were so caring and helpful. Specifically Lilly gave me expert customer service. She was thoughtful, caring and completely approachable. I initially had a few issues with my glasses and she did everything to make sure that this was addressed and at no extra cost. I genuinely have NEVER had such a brilliant experience at a spectacle shop. I have now left my previous store of 35 years and have defected to Cubitts. Brilliant products and customer service. Thank you Cubitts, you are a brilliant brand and and a big shout out to Lilly.

I purchased a pair of Carlton frames in the Leeds store and the staff were were extremely helpful and relaxed, was shown clip on sunglasses to match but didn’t purchase but the next day changed my mind and phoned to order and the assistant (Anna) was very helpful and had to obtain them for me as stocks were low, she managed to find a pair and was able to get them to me in time for my trip to Greece. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff who dealt with me and also “Kyrene” in head office who ensured that my glasses arrived for holiday they were all very professional, thank you,

Visited the Soho store at the weekend with mum for new varifocals - great attention given to her picking new frames and then accommodating us a for an eye test. Very professional eye test with tips to aid her cataract, so felt that great care and tailored approach was offered to her. All in all, made to feel looked after - could not recommend more! Excited to see her new glasses.

My second pair of Cubitts frames and all I can say is the quality is second to none. Service is first class with nothing too much trouble, a rare commodity these days. Thank you so much Cubitts I'm a very happy customer.

Excellent customer service. Encountered an issue with original order. Filled the contact form and the team were brilliant. They efficiently and wholly dealt with the problem, dispatching the missing item on the same day. Item arrived in plenty of time for the recipients birthday. Glasses are of excellent quality. Very impressed with both the quality of the item and the level of customer care I experienced. Super!

Went to coal drops yard store yesterday 17/05/24 excited to get a fresh pair (my second pair) of Cubitts sunglasses. I was very keen on the Panton design but the lady serving me lacked energy and frankly it seemed like a burden me being there. They suited me so went with that option. Loving them by the way! No AC smiles from other staff either.

Super high quality experience and eye test. Opted for the £40 version, I expected a few tests, but this was a totally comprehensive eye test. Every test and outcome explained with great care and kindness. I left knowing exactly the prescription i needed, what this meant in terms of my overall eyesight progress as well as elements of my overall health that can be taken from an eye test. The most impressive eye test I have every had. Cannot recommend it enough. Standout.

Bought my glasses online, was very happy with them but felt they could be tweaked for size. I called into the Leeds store and they couldn’t have been more helpful - tweaked to perfection.

The manager, Julia, Joya? of Broadway market is amazing - she reslly knows her stuff. I shop at cubitts for the laughs and the outstanding customer service. Hold onto this one - tight!

I lost my specs and went to Cubitts for a replacement. Excellent engaged assistant ordered just what I wanted - identical specs but with updated prescription. Fuss-free service which cheered me up after losing my specs. Highly recommend.

An absolutely appalling company. I ordered some prescription sunglasses for holiday and submitted my PD (using the photo and credit card as instructed) and Prescription online. It took Cubitts 2 days to tell me they needed my PD and it seems that because of this delay the glasses wouldn't arrive by the time I leave for Antigua. Mistakes happen I get that. I emailed for a refund and was told it had been processed. I then decided I would just order a pair of non prescription sunglasses and phoned up before ordering to ensure I could get next day delivery, this was confirmed so I proceeded with the order. I subsequently received an email saying the glasses would arrive in 8 days time. I phoned up to query this and was told by the gentleman I spoke to that he would look into it and call me back.... he didn't. I phoned up to cancel the order as I don't wish to give Cubitts my business and discovered that the previous order hadn't been refunded. I will not use Cubitts again, there's a reason they are cheap.

My daughter and I purchased some glasses from the King Cross/Coal Yard store … The whole experience was really good from trying the glasses on to picking them up and being fitted. The staff had a great attitude and were just really keen to help. Great job all round!

Today my glasses broke and I went around Cambridge looking for a solution fortunately after three Cubbits opticians they found me a temporary and elegant solution and didn't even ask me the cost of the repair I will definitely be back for my next pair of eyeglasses 😊
