The online store was easy to navigate. The motor mounts are a bit pricey, but look to be made of higher quality than all others that I found online. Delivery was fast and on time. I did email customer service with a question prior to ordering with no response. That is the reason for the 4 star review. I almost didn't place the order because of that. I thought that I possibly I deleted the response by accident. Just as this review email I received was extremely hard to determine who it is from.

Fast Shipping, Easy Installation, Quality Part

I installed these engine and transmission mounts on my E63, replacing the worn factory mounts. As expected, the old mounts were clearly past their best, but the improvement after installation exceeded my expectations. The car now feels much more composed, with a tighter and more controlled drivetrain. Vibrations are better managed, and overall smoothness has noticeably improved, especially under load and during acceleration. What I like most is that the car feels more “put together” without sacrificing comfort. It’s a subtle but very satisfying upgrade that you can feel every time you drive. Shipping was also surprisingly fast considering it came from the United States. Great quality parts and a worthwhile upgrade. Highly recommended.

Questions before purchase: Friendly, clear communication. Prompt delivery, Nice product. Press fit was heavier than anticipated, and bore requires reaming after press, for pin to fit. Would have been helpful to know this beforehand, did not see anything on site (maybe I missed?) and no info came with product. Anyway, all worked out well, Thanks for the fix I needed!
