This item was missing from my order and Customer Service has not responded, other than a form email saying that they would get back to me. It has been eight days since I emailed them.

Products arrived in good shape and in good time.

Twice been shorted on my orders. Once out of stock, the other I don’t know why. Both times made it right though.
