I may have been under a false impression of what contents the variety back contains, but mine was a combination of Autumn/Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Valentine's flavors. As it turns out, I'm not a fan of pumpkin spice nor minty coffee, so a lot of the pods I'm pawning off on others. Also, the box it came in was. . . cut, taped, squished, torn, and re-taped. None of the pods were damaged so, ya know, whatever.

Crazy Cups not only delivers in flavor, they deliver in customer service. When my order arrived, the box had been opened and the coffee was missing. I can't believe the carrier even left the box at my door that way, especially without letting me know its condition. The carrier refused to do anything about it. When I notified Crazy Cups, they put a new order in the mail right away! Thanks Crazy Cups!

Decaf means I can have as many as I want without worry of too much caffeine. They arrive quickly after ordering online. I love them!

The box arrived in great condition. I think shipping took a long time. I had it sent to FL from NJ and it took much longer than I expected. When I usually have it shipped to PA, it arrives more quickly.

Easy every time comes quick willing to correct their mistakes

Shipping speed was reasonable from time of purchase. However, 3 items were missing from my order when it arrived. Support responded pretty quickly saying they'd ship out the missing items, but it will soon be a week with no notification of those things being on the way, so I'll have to follow up. The teas are disappointing (Hibiscus Berry & Spice being the only exception), but every decaf coffee I've tried so far has been delicious. Pending my missing items being shipped, I'd be a return customer for sure. And I'd be happy to recommend Cozy Cups to others.
