I love your coffee but your shipping is not great. Twice fedex lost my shipment. My last order is out there lost. There were suppose to resend it with UPS. Now I go to my profile page and I can’t fine anything about the new order.

It's exciting to get the package every couple of months. I look at my flavored coffee as an indulgence I dont have to worry about! I also enjoy flavored because I ALMOST ALWAYS spill it and I'd rather smell like toasted oatmeal cookie than just plain stale coffee 😁

Something is happening with order processing I never order 5 twenty two count of anything and when I tried to return was told I would have to pay for shipping ands when an agent contacted me we agreed on replacing it with another flavor on new order that was in progress while canceling another flavor only to find out when order was shipped that still wrong
