Customer service was excellent, and the rep was extremely helpful! Shipping was pretty good. Some carriers are better than others.

The coffee flavor and quality is great. The problem is with the cups. So far everyone we have tried (6-8) have exploded in the machine making a mess. We have had problems in the past. Other brand work fine only Crazy Cups are the problem. Won’t be making anymore orders due to this and it isn’t due to the coffee or the company.
