I emailed the company about a messed up order, but never heard back from them

Great variety of coffee and cocoas. Easy to work with if you have any issues. Rewards are easy to obtain with a subscription.

There are so many flavors to choose from. And it's nice that they carry decaf. I've never had a problem with an order.

I hate to leave this review, but I placed my order over a month ago and it still hasn’t arrived. It’s been in transit for well over 30 days. I’ve reached out to customer service they refunded the shipping, but at this point I’m honestly not sure if my order ever going to arrive.

Awful service. I ordered 3 boxes and I received only one. I called customer service and only the answer machine to leave a message. I sent an email and not answer.

They have good coffee, and my Mom adores the hot cocoa.

Although most of the coffee was lacking flavor, I am pleased with the customer service. I had made an error in my address and customer service was able to quickly revise it before shipping.

Took almost 2 months to receive this order and 3 contacts to get it reshipped.

Website is great. Product descriptions are spot-on. Coffee is delicious. I sent an email with a question and never received a response 😕

I absolutely loved all I received except the blueberry pie one. Definitely not a big fan of that one.
