Customer service is fantastic!

Thank you for deciding that I would like more butter maple coffee in place of the egg nog, but it would have been nice to have been asked . I guess this is the norm when a business is run by a generation of people who don’t talk to each other or to their customers.

Not to crazy for this taste

Your texting needs toe be refined as it doesn't not seem to align well with reality. I have received texts in the past that said "Don't lose your reward points" when there is not end date according to your customer service who I then had to contact. Recently I received a text telling me I had qualified for a gift back of a mug and more but nothing arrived.

I enjoy the many options of decaf flavored pods. I wish you would bring back the "maple flavored' pods that you discontinued. I loved that zip of maple and it went with many different pastries, cookies and desserts. Please bring it back!!!

There was an issue with a recent order as far as payment/processing, and Crazy Cups rectified it quickly with good and prompt communication. I enjoy their coffees and their Customer Service!

I love the taste of the cinnamon in this coffee. I would recommend this flavor. It’s hearty and not a bitter aftertaste. I will order it again.
