Notice of gift being given and arrival of plants to recipient did not occur. I had to let her know myself. Please improve this or I shall never use this again and not recommend it as a possible gift.

Excellent, fast response from Introvert's Retreat themselves so my box was packed, sent, and received in about a week. My only complaint is with the CrateJoy website. I wanted to make a change to the survey that indicates what products I want in the box, and I can't find the link to do it even with the help of the chat bot.

I bought this as a bribe for my DM to convince him to let me play a crazy half tabaxi half dragon kin druid circle of the spores death cleric with and one of a kind breath weapon and wings. He loved it and will continue to love it I hope. And I love my character. Win win.

Cute idea, but they need to spend more money on their website. For example, they don't really have a way to send items as a Gift -- there's no gift message option (so boxes arrive to the recipient without a message/sender info), there's no option to email the recipient so they know to expect a delivery, etc. This is basic stuff that would elevate their game. Instead, they told me that I should let the recipient know a gift is coming. Sure, but that's not as professional. Also, I recently purchased an order, and it wasn't showing up in my account and I never received an order number. It was hard to get customer service help without those 2 things.
