The picture of the Hygge box on the website shows a leather bound journal, a nice mug, loose leaf tea, a tea strainer. I ordered a three month subscription based on the quality of items in the photo. In fact, the first box we received was so disappointing. The box contained: A cheap apple shaped ice block A cheap mug A crochet turtle (this was cute but not for $53) Chapstick A box of apple tea It was embarrassing to give to my husband.

Received the package at the beginning of July. It arrived quickly and in in good condition. Everything you needed was in the box and so the experience was enjoyable. Everything was as promised.

I was giving this gift to my nephew who just turned 21 thinking it was six albums, not a compilation album. Very disappointed.

Cratejoy never acknowledged delivery address, ship date or any other shipping info. What happened to this purchased product?

Paid for a year of monthly boxes, my husband received 4 boxes and nothing else. I keep emailing and I get a fake mail receipts yet the boxes never arrive. So disappointed specially because this was for a Christmas gift for my husband.

Would not recommend. Customer service will not respond. My daughter was not happy at all with the 1st box of her 6month subscription. I tried to contact and cancel but no one from Oh Baby would respond to my emails so I had to get Cratejoy involved
