Shipping was quick enough. I enjoy opening boxes and trying new subscriptions that I order through Cratejoy.

Great monthly box. Comes with everything needed to make the herbal products that come in the booklet. Fun and educational. Also the online classes are great.

Very disappointed - not worth the money. I understand that each month varies and isn’t necessarily what is shown in the picture, HOWEVER, I did expect something in the same ballpark. I was embarrassed when my mom showed me what she received. Will never recommend or order from here again.

Great product

Shipping went well, had a slight mishap where I paid in late July and would get the September sticker pack, but got an email with tracking that implied to me that I had bought the July sticker pack? Since there wouldn't be tracking made for the September pack yet.

All I want to do is to change the address to my recipient. I purchased a 6 month subscription to Spice Madam. Do not bribe me into another subscription by simply needing to change the address.

Notice of gift being given and arrival of plants to recipient did not occur. I had to let her know myself. Please improve this or I shall never use this again and not recommend it as a possible gift.

Exactly what I wanted

Service fast

Excellent, fast response from Introvert's Retreat themselves so my box was packed, sent, and received in about a week. My only complaint is with the CrateJoy website. I wanted to make a change to the survey that indicates what products I want in the box, and I can't find the link to do it even with the help of the chat bot.
