Was a great box.

The company crate joy is great have bought many boxes but this box is awful so disappointed

Spectacular experience! Great subscription service. Lovely products, thoughtfully curated.

My daughter loves baking and was so excited to get a box every month. Unfortunately boxes arrived sporadically and sometimes not at all. We are missing a couple of month shipments, but then were randomly shipped two boxes of the same dessert on the same day two different times. I have sent a few emails to customer service and never received a response. My daughter just laughs at it now.

I ordered the baked box, and realized immediately I had left the delivery address as my own rather than my father's since it was a present for father's day. I contacted support immediately and was told the order had just been place so there was no issue in changing the address. A few days later, I got the baked box at my own address. Again I contacted support and again they said the delivery address was set to my father's. The next month, I got another delivery of the baked box. The cookies ARE good, but giving a 1 star since I have not gotten the service I requested, and support was twice over not able to resolve what I would think is a very simple issue.

Total ripoff

The total value of the contents in these boxes is a tiny fraction of the per-box subscription cost. No dice, adventures, utility, props, nothing. . . Just cardstock and stickers for the most part. Very disappointed!

Helpful but nothing is getting done

After I ordered my son a subscription book box, it was cancelled with no communication from the seller. It was only after I reached out to ask about the cancellation that they told me they had not charged the correct shipping, as shipping to Canada is more expensive than what they had originally charged. I would have been fine to pay an appropriate amount for shipping, but the fact that they just cancelled the order without even attempting to communicate about the issue makes me annoyed. I would not recommend this company.

The description of the subscription I purchased was very limited.

I got the tarot box first, which the seller contacted me about prior to shipping. Shipping was still very fast and there was a ton of items included all tarot/witchy themed, a lot of stickers plus jewelry and crystals and a few other things. Can’t wait for the next box, definitely recommend. Will probably order again

I have had nothing but problems with this company trying to send a birthday gift to my granddaughter…. she loves the box. However I have been charged double and recieved two boxes the first month, one to me and one to my granddaughter. No one calls back from customer service…. leaving me to dispute the card used and disappointment to my granddaughter daughter. I do not recommend this company.

I really hope the next box is better! The one craft I did not want to receive was a woodburning one and that's exactly what I got!! ugh and it came with cheap paint from Michael's. I wish I could return this box. We'll see how the other boxes turn out!

So far so good

I did not receive my order. I tried going through the process to have this resolved. CrateJoy only gets you in touch with the seller and does nothing else to assist. The seller said my package was marked delivered and won't do anything else about it. If you actually look at the USPS log, it shows returned to Michigan and then "delivered" in Texas. Save your money and do not use this company.

It was good!

I pay for the curation of good books. I was sent the leftovers and overstocks of Amazon. One of the books was a self published book that was horribly written. I’m up for new things, but don’t try to pass this garbage on to me. Waste of money. Very disappointed

I just received my first box I loved all the items going to order again this week!!

I ordered the Japanese Box 6 month subscription for my son in December. We got a box 2 months later, after several emails inquiring about the delay. Then in March I inquired again after receiving assurance ships would resume on time, it was 2 items, smashed and tossed in a box. I complained and received an apology that it would be made up to us with extra items in the future boxes. We have never received another box. Then I was charged for a new 6 months automatically. No mentioned of the 4 boxes I still hadn’t received. I complained and over the last 3 days have gone back in forth until finally secured the refund. Only when I complained about the legitimacy of this service was my refund magically granted! Steer clear of this business. Total scam! I would leave negative stats if I could.
