I ordered a mask that turned out to be larger than I needed and caused a blister. Cpap. com exchanged the mask for the correct size at no cost. Since it was within 30 days of the purchase they said I did not need to send the other mask back. Saved me time and trouble which I appreciated.

C-Pap reps supervisors are great, but customer service reps lacking in knowledge of the product line they have.

My autoship item is out of stock most of the time. then much delayed and finally sent a much different item that is flimsy and useless. I'm going elsewhere.

CPAP. COM is a bunch of thieves. They promise quick delivery but take nearly a week “to process” your order. Leaving you with a mess. "Next Day" is a total lie. When they make a mistake, they don’t charge you your original price. They charge 33% more for the same item. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO DO BUSINESS!!!
