Customer service was completely unhelpful when I called to solve an issue with my new travel Cpap. Haven’t been able to successfully use it yet due to slow ramp up.

Pushed me to use a sleep test kit from a company that literally can't correctly code "upload a file" and now I'm stuck.

The customer service is amazing! Real people in the US actually answer the phone! No robots! The people I've spoken with are extremely knowledgeable and know exactly what bits I need to piece my kit together. It can be confusing when ordering hoses, masks, and connectors for the ResMed Airmini. They know this stuff inside and out. Couldn't be happier!

It was my first CPAP machine and I had questions and I knew only a very little. They were very patient helped me with everything and explained what I needed and got me started. The price is also seemed to be the best out there as I’ve compared them to the other online CPAP sites and even Amazon. I like that they give you points as you make your purchases and you can turn those points into discounts on future purchases of accessories and supplies
