I had to call because I hadn’t received my order after a month. My wife ordered it for me but gave them the wrong email. The person I spoke to was very polite and apologetic. , But it was not her fault or the company‘s fault. My only problem with this was I felt they should have had. Had someone call me and get the correct email.
