I recently purchased a resmed Battery and it arrived flat with no charging cable and a broken off pin in the back of battery. I emailed twice with no reply, I rang up and spoke to Sam who sold me a charging cable separately and said watch video sent, video showed a cable included in package which I didn't receive. I rang back and got Jarrod and he told me it doesn't come with a charging cable all I want to do is charge this battery so I can use it on the plane. I would say buyers beware.
