I made order on 6th February 2026. Still no information of dispatch as of 13th February. I have sent 3 emails and also sent online enquiry contact form. I'm still awaiting reply. Appalling service.

Ordered a head strap Didn't fit and l had opened package. Asked for a refund. They told me because it was opened their policy was no refund. No where on their site does it state that. RIP off

The one I had finally gave up the ghost, so I needed a new one. The velcro on one of the straps came off. I made emergency repairs using a needle and thread until the new one arrived. All went well getting the new one and it is what I expected.
