My husband is getting used to the silicone seal now & we are hoping it will last longer than previous masks

Works really well to cool the bed, but the sides are too stretchy so it moves around on the mattress, why can’t they be made of firm cotton so it stays in place. On top of that the cooling fabric is also shiny so the fitted sheet slides around on top of the mattress protector. Rolling over in bed is like being on a surf board. I solved this conundrum by putting a cotton mattress protector on top of the cooling mattress protector. Its not ideal, but it works. Maybe you could make the sides better

I recently purchased a resmed Battery and it arrived flat with no charging cable and a broken off pin in the back of battery. I emailed twice with no reply, I rang up and spoke to Sam who sold me a charging cable separately and said watch video sent, video showed a cable included in package which I didn't receive. I rang back and got Jarrod and he told me it doesn't come with a charging cable all I want to do is charge this battery so I can use it on the plane. I would say buyers beware.
