The xxs fits my chihuahua perfectly, and I feel great knowing she’s protected from the unexpected. I picked this up for a trip to rural Tennessee and it’s been great to let my dog hang out without constant babysitting. I also like the extra bell, which has helped me track her down in the brush! I recommend getting a bright color if you live or are spending time in the woods. Shipping was also super fast which I appreciated.

Today was our dog Winston's first time out with his new vest. People loved it. We live in Las Vegas and coyotes are a real threat. We feel so much safer and secure walking our dog around. Two different people actually took pictures of him and wanted to get one for their dogs. They were amazed that something like coyote vest even existed. They said that it was so smart. We have a 9 pound Chiweenie dog “Princes Winnie” who is our escape artist that loves to find a way out of our double fenced yard on a rural farm. Princess Winnie then wanders the farm following her nose. Wearing the coyote vest, she is now too big to slip through where the wild rabbits chewed open the smaller plastic fencing attached to the picket fencing. Winnie stays safely in the fenced front yard and if we do let her loose with us on the farm, she is much safer from large prey birds and coyotes. She is also much easier for us to see wearing adorable hot pink. I measured Winnie prior to purchase, as per your instructions, and the coyote vest fits well; I just need to be sure I have the two straps on snug. It proves to be durable and easy to use daily. Very disappointed with this product. I was expecting a much more robust vest for the amount of money these things cost. All of the components to this vest are extremely cheap and will not withstand multiple predator attacks that’s for certain. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!

We have a huge population of coyotes where I live. After being charged by one when walking, I looked into different coyote vests. After all the products researched, this seemed the best as it provided the most detailed measurements & best body coverage. I can verify the fit is true and the quality is top rate. I had a question when assembling, called the customer service number, and a helpful human answered!! That was exciting and rare. I can't stress enough how well engineered and made this is.

I'm a proud fur mama to my five year old rescue, Bea. And as a mama, we all know there isn't anything we wouldn't do for our babies. So my heart broke when my girl got attacked twice this year by neighboring dogs. I am a precautions woman, always carrying pepper spray on our walks as well as an air horn but unfortunately surprises happen. My girl is thankfully okay but after this last time, I was determined to find something to help me feel safer with my girl. Enter the Coyote Vest! So durable and gives a great feeling of safety now. Pretty sure my dog would have been in a coyotes mouth today if it wasn't for this vest. We have been using it for some time now but today was a close call. Our 16lb dog was chased by a coyote today and ended up thankfully jumping into my arms but no saying if the coyote would have grabbed her ahead of time if it had the ability. She had been grabbed a few years ago before we had the vest on and thank God survived but today with the vest was different. The vest is an incredible deterrent and protection that I truly believe saves dogs lives from predators. Thank you SO MUCH coyote vest for keeping our dog alive.

Our Tea Cup Yorkie - Nylah - can now enjoy her property because of her new Coyote Vest, it gives us the piece of mind for Nylah to run around and hopefully if a hawk tries to attack her that the spikes will scare it off. It is extremely apparent that my neighborhood is not safe for dog walking. We have been attacked 3 times by loose dogs/escaped dogs from yards. My dog is my best friend and I protect him as best I can in these situations and thankfully he has not gotten hurt, but I got this collar as a back up in case it ever gets bad enough that he is bitten. The last time it was two pit bulls that were just let straight out of their house with no fence and they charged across the street. My dog is 45 pounds and as soon as soon as i saw those dogs i scooped him up like a yorkie and kept him from getting bit until the idiot owners came to get the dogs. They scratched me in multiple places and ripped my clothes trying to get to him. We have been lucky considering so far and I hope we never have to put the collar to use.

My 6 pound pomeranian is a favorite toy of our other dogs. They want to pick him up and carry him around. Cute , yes, but could lead to injuries. I put this on my little guy and so far the other dogs are leaving him alone. We also live in the country so hawks and coyotes are around. He looks pretty tough now too.

Its great a little big on him but i love that they sent us 2 cards with this vest that includes a number to call in case it was too big they have some straps they can send upon request so i just might do that so it can fit him snug and not so loose thank yall so much

My little, 13 year old, 8 pound, Yorkiepoochi (half Yourkie and equal parts toy poodle and Chihuahua), is always on my leash as I walk with him. However, living on a farm means that there are many predators for small animals. We have recently seen 2 coyotes up close in our backyard. 😳 Thankfully, neither was near Rowdy as we were inside at the time. His coyote vest is literally a life saver!
