Shipping was a lot slower than initially promised when orders. All was good on arrival.

The bike is good. The app used to work well until the latest update. Now, it simply doesn't work at all for turning on/off the bike. Every time, I need to remove and reconnect the battery to turn on the bike, though the app still doesn't connect, no matter what I do (reinstall, clear cache, reset Bluetooth, etc). It's quite frustrating that they launch a new update without proper testing, which ends up worsening the customer experience.

Slow and bad response from customer service. Especially when you receive a new bike that doesn’t work from day 1

Took very long until I good free lights for germany approved. But customer service was really nice.

Very satisfied. However I have considered (3) gears would have been even more perfect.

Very good bike, with a marvelous engine, very dynamic and really pleasant and safe for riding. The so pure design is amazing and the heads turn easily when you ride. It miss one star, just because you have take out the battery from the bike to charge it, a hidden plug on the bike needs to be on the V5.
