Great online service

It took more than 3 months for the bike to come, and when it finally arrived I discovered that the accessories I ordered together with the bike have been lost. No one responds to my emails and in the in-app chat I keep getting passed from one agent (or bot) to another with no resolution to my issue. And in the meantime, my wide pants keep getting stuck in the belt of the bike, almost causing me to fall from it countless times. Oh, and my boyfriend is still waiting for his bike (it’s going on 5 months now) and no response from customer support about when he will get it

check from all issues reported take too long. not days but weeks waiting for solutions that currentyl, after one year still did not provide a functional bike.

The bike worked for about 5kms. Then it broke and it took some 50 messages and three separate repairs to get fixed. This took several months, as parts were at times not available. Support was always friendly and helpful, but I had to repeat faultfinding a few times, across several tickets, and sometimes chase the sending of a part or maintenance ticket. That could be streamlined more.

Best bike I’ve ever had. Arrived 2 months ahead of schedule too. Only wish the locking system actually locked the bike.

Zeer mooie en stijlvolle fiets. Soms spijtig dat je het niveau van ondersteuning niet in de hand hebt. De batterij-duur is minder dan bij andere fietsen (maar bij de specificaties staat dit aangegeven). Blij met mijn fiets.

I've had a Cruiser ST for a month now, it's a fantastic bike, both its exterior and interior design, in short, the whole concept of the bike is of a high level. . . The only thing I'm missing is some turn signals to use it in the city. . .

The order was massively delayed but the people at cowboy are lovely and did all they could to manage the situation.

Delivery was brilliant and I really like my COWBOY.

The purchase experience is mixed bag with heavy leaning towards negative. The website is amazing and ordering is easy. Also the test rides were easy to arrange. But then the disappointment starts. Ordered early September with estimated delivery in September only to have the bike deliver late October. The lack of transparency about delivery date at the time of ordering causes a huge disappointment and anxiety. Having to deal with AI chat bots and eventually customer service. The bike itself is absolutely amazing. But the ordering and delays are extremely unpleasant!
