Good products and good customer service.

I am very pleased with my new saddle. It took the time to arrive that my rep stated. I had a bit of trouble paying the balance remaining as the person at the County office input the wrong zip code and then the wrong 3 digit code. My rep came out to fit my saddle and did a nice job.

I received my order extremely quickly. I had trouble ordering with a code but I'm not sure if that was because of something I did or if it was the site. I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you!

Great products! I own 3 County Saddles at the moment. Sold another only because it did not fit me or any of my current horses anymore.

I ordered the Mattes half pad in black. It arrived very quickly. It's so soft I wanted to snuggle it and keep it for my own pillow. My horses back is loving it!

I received my black County dressage jacket quickly and I love it! It's very comfortable and perfect when you need a little warmth! I am 125lbs - I ordered a medium and it's a little roomy to wear over anything.

I didn't see any estimated shipping times indicated while I was placing the order. After ordering, I was pleasantly surprised to learn the items would be arriving quickly. This would have been nice to know earlier in the ordering process.

I am super happy with the Mattes pad that I recently bought. I wasn't sure from the store description if it was a correction pad, but a salesperson I called assured me it was one. Great pad for a great price!

Through no fault of theirs, I ended up calling customer service and was so delighted to speak with people who knew what was going on, were able to solve my issues, and were so friendly while doing so. I wish I had 10 more horses so I could buy 10 more saddles from them!
