Rene was absolutely fantastic. She came out a couple times to fit my 3 year old OTTB and try different saddles. Once we found the right one I went with a custom order and the process was beyond easy. The saddle even came in sooner than expected which was a nice surprise. Rene came back out after a few rides in it to make sure it settled correctly and made a minor balance adjustment. My County Xcellerator is amazing. It fits my horse and I perfectly and is very comfortable to ride in. Great experience and I recommend County Saddlery.
