Customer service was excellent. Love my girth.

had to place order 2 times !

Website indicated item was available, submitted order & received order confirmation. Item was charged to my credit card. A day later, received email that item was no longer in stock and asked if I wanted refund or wait 1-2 weeks for possible delivery. It’s been almost 2 weeks, and have not received any update.

Great products

I love the half pad. Prompt delivery. Stephanie at County Saddlery was very helpful answering questions about the product.

Cindy takes care of us at Shadow Run Farm in GA and she is the Best! I have a daughter and granddaughter who are both in County saddles because of the ‘try out’ opportunity and the Immediate improvement in comfort (for their horses) and riding position/posture for them. Attached is the video of my granddaughter and her first ride in the new saddle. Thank you for fine products and good reps who take care of us after the sale!
