I love the product I received, and County Saddlery has an amazing price for the product, brand, and material. The checkout and shopping process is effortless, however I was not impressed with the shipping process. The product I ordered was out of stock and did not come in for over a month. In that time it was difficult to see updates online which resulting in me reaching out many times. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the process, I just would like to see more information online.

I received no confirmation or shipping details and frankly thought I had been scammed. After weeks of not receiving my package and not being able to get through to anyone on the phone, I ordered the half pad that I needed from another company and figured this was a loss. Weeks after that, it did arrive, which was a pleasant surprise. However it was jammed into a small cardboard box and had no storage bag like the one I purchased from the other company.

County is a very knowledgeable, honest, and always focuses on the horses best interests. When dealing with them they have been wonderful. The only thing I’d have to say is that the delivery of your items might not be so smooth and have changes in the delivery date (which may be the delivery companies fault). All in all County is a top tier brand and all their things are incredibly well made and their leather is like no other.

I bought a jumper hat as I really like the quality of my previous County hats, but as a dressage only rider now white is out of the question! Would love more practical colors and also the lightweight options again.
