I love my bag but really wish with the del dia bags we could ask for vague colour preferences.

I just express my appreciation to the best customer service from you guys and from one person especially. His/her name is Eddie !!!! Please Cotopaxi keep him and do something nice for him ( pay rise ?? 🥰) this person went above and beyond to help me with my issue and sorted it out effortlessly . It felt like i joined a Cotopaxi community of nice helpful people who actually care ! Thank you Eddie ! Even my husband who said “these bags are too colourful for me “ wants to buy a backpack too 😅anyways I’m one happy lady with the best backpack ever ! 😍

Perfect size structured backpack. Small enough to pack into carry on and being structured allows for comfort missing in a packable bag. Durable material and breathable. Good organization, easy to stow under seats, and stow on top of carry on with the trolley strap while getting around. I store my 3L Allpa Hip Pack inside to create a perfect for me travel setup.

Got a large based on the guide, but the jacket is too big. It was final sale so not returnable.

Love all the pockets! Perfect size for functional things for any kind of a walk/hike. Bought it to put a water bottle (plus a few other necessities) and that was small, lightweight, and nice looking.

Perfect for taking a computer to an event or adding extra protection in a travel bag. I love that the sleeve stands alone: I can add a notebook and pens/pencils in the front pocket and be good for the day.

Came quickly, perfect backpack very pleased. Also love the colours.

I really want to recognize Liam for the amazing customer service he provided. My original order was cancelled because the U. S. shipping address I used was flagged as a freight-forwarding address. I explained that I’m from Canada and was using the address so I could personally pick it up, and that the bag was something my kids really wanted. What stood out to me was that Liam actually listened and understood. He could have simply pointed to the policy, but instead he took the time to find a solution and allowed the order to go through as a one-time exception. He was also completely transparent about the risks, which I really appreciated. I’ve now received the bags, and my kids absolutely love them and are so excited to take them back to school! Thank you, Liam, for making what started as a frustrating experience into such a positive one. This is what real, human customer service looks like. Cotopaxi is lucky to have you!

It arrived on time. I have not seen the piece of Luggage. I mailed it to my granddaughter for her birthday and she won’t be able to respond until sometime next week.

This thing is awesome, I love the unique colorway I received and i like that its got backpack straps!

The strap is so short. Doesn’t look right and doesn’t make sense why it would be so short.

The website was very easy to compare pack sizes and features.

for context, i'm 5'2 and typically am a size 8 / M at other brands. the M fit is wonderful - loose enough to have full mobility. no issues with the zipper. a smidge bit long for me but the cinchable string at the bottom helps. the fabric is amazing - so light. my only minor complaint is that some of the fabric at the back bunches/folds together which makes it look like i have a perpetual wedgie lol function > form though so still a great purchase overall.
