This is a beautiful jacket ! But unfortunately I’ve got to return it. I did measurements at home and compared it to the sizing chart and ordered based on that… unfortunately it is so big! Not sure how that happened but oh well.

It actually is water proof and it’s comfortable, has room to layer underneath and it’s so cute!

Fast delivery.

Great job. Thank you.

Replacement back pack

I love every single thing I’ve purchased from Cotopaxi. The jackets and pullovers fit like they were tailored for me and magically keep my temperature in the comfort zone while in a wide range of environments. It blocks bone-slashing wind but you never feel sweaty when back indoors. The shorts are incredible and I came in pretty spoiled by another brand (we’ll just call them Looloolime for the purpose of this review). Both are great, but I tend to subconsciously yank the ones with the llama logo out of the drawer more often. The gear I have has been useful and durable. I like that it has a unique look to it without being straight out of a 1989 parachute pants catalog. Outdoorsy folks here out east tend to compliment my Cotopaxi stuff and ask about the brand since it isn’t quite as well known towards this way yet. I recently moved away from downtown SLC, where my condo was located across the street from the headquarters and store, and I will miss getting to stop in occasionally and shop. Every single person working there is kind and each interaction was lovely. Fingers crossed these guys open up a spot in the Knoxville area soon.

Nothing to add.

Easy ordering process and speedy delivery.

Quick and efficient delivery

Love the product! I had 3 fleece jackets. Would love to have petite selection as the jackets look longer for me/petite women.

Shipping was fast and reliable

The Batac 24 is perfect for my needs. I wanted a bag with 2 separate sections so that I could have my work stuff in one section, and my gym clothes and shoes in a separate section. This provides exactly that, plus a separate laptop compartment at the back and an internal pouch for easy access to smaller items. There are loops on the outside to attach carabiners, which is great for my climbing chalk bag! Moreover, the colour-way I got is stunning. Love love love my purchase.

It’s as expected

good quality and love all the pockets

Speed delivery, simple packaging

Returns process as good as the ordering process, with very helpful Cotopaxi team to assist..

I am thrilled with my new Allpa 26L Daypack - Del Día backpack. I love that it is a one of a kind and it's the perfect size for me. It has tons of pockets and space. I can't wait to use it again for my longer trip to Italy in a month.

My parcel was delayed / lost with Royal Mail and as I had a deadline for when I needed the item, I tried to contact Cotopaxi's customer service to request a replacement or a refund so I could shop elsewhere. They offer a live chat and email address. Unfortunately the live chat is not live, it is just a basic AI with no human behind it, so I saw no response to my messages over several days. While I did hear back on the same day to my initial email to say they would investigate with Royal Mail, come 6 days later I had not heard back. I managed to find a phone number for the company managing their UK operations who put me through to Cotopaxi's customer service - everything from here on was smooth, with pleasant and fast customer service support, who were able to sort a replacement item. However the slow and lack of response through the provided customer service route was concerning given my urgent need for the item.

I loved my bag unfortunately the rubberized surface on the front of the pack started to disintegrate. Caution service was very helpful in facilitating the exchange. They no longer had the color of my original bag which was a little disappointing but there are some new features which I like, ie water bottle pocket. One thing that is missing is the waterfly - I wish that feature was still part of the pack as I use the bag to travel and it comes in handy. Overall great experience. Thanks!
