Customer experience: the delivery driver did not attempt to deliver my package, I was by the door when i received a message saying "attempt failed". I tried to reschedule it, but Royal Mail said I needed a card which the driver left, the driver DID NOT LEAVE or attempted to do my delivery. I was heartbroken I couldn't take my new backpack on my trip, which was incredibly frustrating.

really like this bag. Only thing that would’ve made it 5 stars is a buckle at the bottom of the light blue strap to be able to switch which shoulder you wear it on. Otherwise really great

I also have the one with the hood. Weird that they fit different. I wouldn’t think adding a hood would make that big of a difference to it.

I got my friends and I all matching beanies and they’re awesome. They were also on sale which I always love.

I bought a fleece jacket but stuff is really bad and zipper is not working properly actually before this jacket my daughter bought half zipper Amedo fleece pullover I saw that stuff is really good soft that's why I bought fleece full zipper but this stuff really bad I want to return this

This romper is ultra cute and even more comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about it. The fabric is soft, it’s loose in all the right places and narrows to maintain a nice feminine physique. Wish I had it in every color!

I got the Allpa 35 for a long weekend trip. Didn’t want to check baggage but also didn’t want to just throw all my stuff into a pile. This bag was perfect. Has plenty of organizational features and pockets, a water bottle pocket, comfy straps, and it fit under the seat easily. It held 5 outfits and all my toiletries with room to spare and was surprisingly lightweight.

Fast and easy ordering for a great product. Even shipping to Alaska came within a week. Customer service helped me correct a mistake I made on the color. Great experience.

My first experience with buying your clothes was both a win and a loss. One item fit great, the other item was just incredibly tight. I'm skinny, and slightly shorter than the model on the website, but it really proved to be tighter than I expected. I've learned my lesson and won't buy anything on sale from you all in the future, because I can't return it. . . which I get, and it is my own fault for ordering.

Just got the bag and it’s been my daily commuter. Sleeve pocket holds a 16” MacBook Pro, a large iPad Pro and a kindle not problem and without being annoying. That said it’s very flat on the back with those items in it. Have taken two flights with it as well, rhe center strap works great with a carryon suitcase.

The backpack is great – it’s very light and really comfortable to carry. It feels well made and is easy to wear for longer periods, which makes it perfect for everyday use or travel.

Unlike some of the “name brands” this one actually breathes. I can ride in hot weather and not have to put sun block on, and still get the breeze through the shirt.
