Excellent site with speedy and kind customer service

Great quality feels lovely, great for going away as it’s clamshell style. One of the main reasons I got this 28L bag over any others is because of the hip strap! The hip strap for me makes all the difference when walking around from train to tube or bus to boat to hotel or wherever it is you need to walk. The only thing that could be better is if it had a thicker hip strap or a bit more thought into the hip strap, I was considering sewing a better one myself but not sure how good it would look😂 But the one that’s there is still so great to have, compared to nothing it’s way better, I don’t think I could ever buy a backpack without one now no matter how small, even light weight on the shoulders can start to hurt after hours walking or if you can’t check in till a certain time and so you have no choice but to carry it around with you:)

They sent me replacement buckles for the ones I had. I did end up smashing the old ones off with a hammer and needed a needle nose pliers to put on the new ones, but smooth sailing. Love being able to replace parts instead of buy new gear!

I ordered the base layer tights in black size large. I received them on time, they seem to be good quality, the material has a good texture, and they fit well. A lot of the time when you order something like tights or leggings sometimes the inseam is too short for you these fit perfectly. I’ve actually had a couple of other Corapaxi yoga pants/leggings size large that don’t fit as well as these as far as the inseam & waistband. The most important thing is the waistband. It’s not an elastic it stays up. It’s not binding. It’s perfect. I love these tights. And of course I love that they’re made from recycled material. :)

I bought this for a work/travel bag. This bag checked all my boxes. I love the structure, all the pockets, and that the laptop sleeve has a separate zippered sections.

I love my new Batac daypack! I will be taking this to Europe. It is the perfect size and configuration for what I needed. And customer service was awesome when my original package got caught in a snowbank somewhere on my street. Maybe will find once winter is over!

Process was very easy to handle and went quickly. However the sizing must have changed because I got the same size as my last coat and the new one is significantly larger than before.

Has enough room for my iPad, wireless headphones, medications, charging accessories. Looking forward to traveling with it soon.

I have the Fuego Down Jacket and while it is warm it sheds way too many feathers. I basically just stopped wearing it because everything that touches the jacket is covered with leaking feathers. I figured after 2 months it would stop but at this rate there will not be any feathers left by the end of the year. I have other down jackets that do not shed but are a little more expensive.

I bought a colorful purple blue and orange belt bag for skiing. It has a lot of compartments and is very comfortable. I also get a 15% discount as I am a healthcare worker. I think you have great products!

I needed a warm, comfortable snow pant for chasing the Northern Lights in the arctic. These are incredible- easy to put on quickly while seated in a van (and over big, clunky boots). And they are so comfy - like wearing pajama bottoms. Pricey but worth the investment.

This jacket will be great when I need something more than just a light layer. It's just the right amount of insulation and folds up into a small pouch which is great for travel.
