There’s was an issue with my plant and customer service was quick to resolve.

Two of three of my plants got cancelled….. due to “quality of the plants”, however the one that was not cancelled was sent in a box entirely Oversized for it, and sustained major damage etc, was 60% the size of the plant I’d ordered with success from this company prior (same plant size and cost etc) and then when I reached out I have no idea what customer service was going to do about having gotten 1 of 3 plants and that 1 being damaged, small, and entirely unsatisfactory. Still confused.

I was pretty disappointed that the Lemon Meringue plant I received looked nothing like the picture. I was so excited to get the edge on a new variety early on. I love all my Costa plants and thought I'd splurge on a new one. When it wasn't what I expected, I emailed customer support, and was so pleased o be treated like a valued customer, and offered some quick solutions. I truly appreciate the quick, polite and caring response. It wasn't ideal for either party- but handled perfectly. I'll for sure be back, and order again without hesitation. Knowing that my expectations matter and Costa will make it right matters to me! Thank you!

My husband recently surprised me with the philodendron white knight for my birthday. As soon as I opened the box I new there was going to trouble. The pot was soaked and the leafs fell off. I was heartbroken. I let it try to acclimate but within days it was mush. I sent my concerns to costa farms and they quickly and without any problems, resolved the issue. I will be receiving my replacement plant soon. (Fingers crossed they added a heat pack!) This is the second time I’ve had to get a replacement and each time they’ve helped me with any issues. My one and only real complaint is that they don’t use winter wrap / thermal wrap or something. Other than that I love my plants and am excited to get my replacement.

I was scared to order plants online but I've had the best experience with Costa. If it's messed up they fix it the best they can. And I will definitely be ordering again.

I recently ordered the Lemon Merange Pothos. I was unhappy to receive a plant that had been hacked. Customer service refunded to keep a happy customer.

My white knight came 80% dead. I’ve emailed them, filled out support tickets and tried to call. To no avail. I really hope they fix this. I was so excited for no reason.
