Pretty fast shipping. Plant wasn’t secured in the box so it was freely roaming, but wasn’t damaged. The pot was secure. Just not the plant itself. Overall, I’m happy since the plant wasn’t damaged.

I have probably bought way too many plants from Costa Farms, but they are my #1 stop for plants because: 1. They always ship well 2. All plants have arrived healthy 3. Have never had pests come with them (which I have had happen with several other plant companies) ... 4. They always send me the right plant (which should be a given but isn't, sadly). I have a random pineapple plant to prove it. This most recent purchase was no different. My plant was carefully packages and arrived in great condition as a result. I also love that I can by nosey and track the package during shipping.

I have ordered a number of plants directy from Costa Farms. The plants always arrive in great shape. I have had one plant that wasn't doing its best upon receipt and Costa Farms was more than accomodating and shipped a new plant out. Customer service is definitely top notch!
