The grill is very close to real BBQ. The grills generates very high heat and cooks both vegetables And various meats very well. Only suggestion wrap hanle with something that resists heat.

It has taken several grilling experiences to get accustomed to our Kenyon grill. We have learned to set the control at 6 or 7 to sear, then depending on what is being cooked, at 3 to 5 to finish. We use a probe to check doneness in the absence of any other means to measure grill temperature. We invested in the new drip pan and appreciate the sturdiness.overall we would recommend this grill to others.
