Induction cooktop a "must have" on a boat
Bought the Silken Induction 2-burner cooktop to replace the 2 burner ceramic cooktop on our boat. The induction cooktop is awesome. Very easy to install, easy to use,, does not draw a huge Amp load and best of all, don't have to run the generator for an extended period of time to cook a meal, which was required when using the prior cooktop. Which was the goal of putting in an induction cooktop - to keep the generator use to a minimum. The silicone mat is great - keep induction pots in place, easy to clean, and protects the cooktop .

After cooking on a Vermont Castings for 20 years, I think that my City Grill electric will do the job for many years to come. Excellent cooking with high temperature, no flare ups, addition of water for good juicy steaks and most important no propane bottles. Lastly, the unit fits well on our small appartment balcony. One concern: limited distribution in Canada and Québec. I ordered from the company and the custom duties and exchange on our Cdn dollar plus transportation fees of $100 is well worth the investment. Tks Kenyon! And I still have to do our Sunday morning brunch on the grill!!

Replacement knobs for Kenyon Cooktop
These function better than original knob that came with the cooktop. They look exactly the same but you can take them on and off. Could only take the original knob off one time and it would no longer fit properly back on cooktop control stem. Never seen a stove top knob that couldn't be taken off for cleaning before!
