Received my grill on schedule with no problems. After install had an issue with the touchpad control panel. I reached out to the service department and had the pleasure of dealing with Frank Palmeri. He diagnosed the problem and set a process in motion to get me a replacement grille. I received the replacement and sent the original back to the company. The new grill is working well with no issues/ concerns. Thanks again Frank.

If you live in an apartment or condo where cooking on the balcony is not allowed (or safe) this is your grill! Overall its the best grill I've ever owned. No smoke, not even salmon sticks to it! Highly recommend this grill!

We are very happy with our Kenyon cooktop. Easy install in the galley of our boat, Great customer service!

Pleased with the performance and cooking results. Heat up & clean up are both quick. Taste, moistness and appearance of food is great. Very pleased. Wisconsin has tightened its laws on balcony bbq-ing & this grill fits the bill. Why only 4 stars? Lid hinges seem a bit flimsy and only time will tell on that point. The “pyramid style” legs on cart make storing it in our off-balcony storage room a challenge because it takes up too much precious floor space. We cannot leave it on balcony due to high winds off Green Bay. Sadly it would end up either through our patio doors or somewhere in Mich U.P., even if strapped down. So, it must be stored and those legs are bothersome. Surely a better cart design could be found for a grill made for condo living. The grill itself does a fine job.
