Complete novice DIYer here and my countertops turned out beautifully! Great customer service for all my questions and instructional videos.

The shipping for this product is astronomical to start off with. My husband who is a licensed contractor and very experienced in pouring concrete outdoors, first time pouring concrete counter tops (in our new home) struggled greatly with the slabs cracking, bowing during cure time, the sanding pads that were recommended and sent did not work. It was not a great experience for our do it yourself, hopefully others have a better experience.

All the products are great. They have thought about everything. So easy to use and provide great results.
