Our first application came out less the perfect but thanks to the Director of Sales, Ernie Dojack, and his outstanding customer service, we were able to improve our finish and achieve the look we were aiming for. The product is great but the customer service is outstanding. Almost 2 years since the installation, and he's always available to answer any questions about the product. The reason for my two star review is that my pour didn't go very well (due to my own mistakes) and I was left wondering what to do. An automated email arrived in my inbox asking how my pour went so I replied and mentioned my issues and asked for some guidance. I recieved another automated reply saying that they recieved my email and someone would reach out. No one ever did, but I did get multiple more automated replies encouraging me to buy more products from their shop. There was no response or help to my questions, just more ads trying to get me to buy additional products. Part of the reason I went with the snap forms is all of the information available and the promise at the end of every article that you need only email and they would be happy to help fix your issues, this was not my experience. The snap forms are great, they worked fantastically but the customer service and constant ads left a sour taste in my mouth. I have since fixed the issues with with my pour on my own with no thanks to z counterform.

Arrived with 4 torn bags of mix, called and left a message. Still waiting for response.

The four small trial bottles that I received did not have instructions on how to use the dye solutions. Can they be diluted, and they be sprayed in a spray bottle or will they be best applied by sponge or cloth?
