confusing company, I order things I see advertised and frequently they are back ordered. Months go by with no communication. Finally I call and cancel the order. Then I received repeated requests to review the item (which I never received). This has happened at least twice in the past year.

Very good service. Long wait for fox statues but not fault of Coldwater Creek and so worth the wait. Other items in the same order came within a normal time. We'll pleased with CC!! Thank you.

Package no longer includes an invoice or packing slip. Order number is required to make a return.

Generally speaking I love Coldwater Creek products, but find their shipping and return fees too high.
