I own the other code republic laptop bag and I love it so much so when I saw this one I had to try it too. this one is actually better for travel if you don't need you bag for a customer/ client meeting. The other handbag style is better for the as it looks a lot more polished with the nice hardware details and had a more structured core. this one is larger and softer leather (no firm core) so fits more and fits under the seat on a plane still. its extremely elegant too.

Ive been looking at this bag for so long, I wasn't sure if grey was the right color for me but absolutely love it. Surprisingly it goes with everything I own. Im very happy with the bag and very happy that I was able to get on sale

I am very excited about my new briefcase tote! To be honest, I had doubts about buying a structured bag, especially at this price point. I don’t normally go for structured bags because they seem to restrict access to the inside organization. Not this one! I was pleasantly surprised how flexible and wide the top opening is and makes the pockets and space inside easy to access. The inside pockets are so well thought out for the busy career woman and have eliminated the need for the extra little pouches I’ve carried around with me for years. I can now actually use the inside space for other things! The leather is beautiful and it is surprisingly comfortable to carry on my shoulder, even when it is totally loaded down. (I often carry two laptops and an iPad). professional image and quality. My only wish is that there was a slip pocket on the outside back for my phone and I would love to have this in a convertible backpack option.
