I love my Lisa laptop bag. It is stylish, functional, and able to hold all of my stuff in an organized fashion. I also love that the handles are able to fit over the arms of my bulkiest coats. I will be buying this bag in black really soon.

I love a bag with organizational pockets and zips so I was enthusiastic to discover this bag. However, my bag came with an indentation on the outside of the bag, which was disappointing as I was led to believe I was getting a regular, flawless condition product, just without box. I gave it a couple some time to see if it would work itself out but it seems to be permanent. I’ve written the company with no response at all which is once again disappointing. Other notes: bag otherwise looks nice, albeit on the heavier and bulkier side. The built-in insulated water bottle sleeve would be better served as a removable piece since it’s not useful to all bottle sizes and takes up a chunk of space. Concept is great but I hesitate to do business again considering the lack of customer service.
