Concerned that I wouldnt receive the Hot Step mats i had ordered prior to Christmas (a gift) I reached out to the Sales Team and spoke with Jason. His reply was prompt, courteous and he found a solution to some of the mats being back-ordered and unavailable until January. Its so nice to know that some companies still have great customer service! Definitely recommend!

I love my custom mat displaying my dog! It fits perfectly. The only thing I would change is the brightness, it printed really dark, but regardless I absolutely love it!!! I would highly recommend to everyone:)
