I received the double bordered coco doormat in brown and I love it so much!!! It was perfect and sturdy perfect for fall and winter weather coming up! I love it so much aesthetic and size 18x30 is perfect! Communication with the company was smooth

The product itself, "Don't Stop, Be Leaving" doormat is absolutely terrific. It arrives shipped in a rolled up cylindrical box and easily unfolds out flat for immediate display. My only issue was with the lengthy period of time from when the order was initially placed online until it was actually shipped. Had it not been for Faith, the lovely Customer Service Representative I spoke with via phone who troubleshooted my order, I might STILL be waiting for confirmation and notification that my item would be sent soon. Perhaps that means CocomatsnMore is so inundated with orders they're falling behind in getting them expedited in a timely manner. If that's the case, good on you, but keep your customers informed about this. I'm giving you 4 out of 5 stars due to the overly long delay in receiving ANY update on the status of my order. For a RETURNING customer to have to initiate contact in order to ensure all is on schedule for delivery reflects poorly on your company. Do better going forward! And thanks to Faith in Customer Service, you just might achieve that goal.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love my new doormat from CocomatsNmore! The quality is fantastic, it’s sturdy, well-made, and looks even better in person. I chose the one that says, “Please hide packages from my husband,” and it makes me laugh every time I see it. 😂 It adds the perfect touch of personality to my front porch, and I’ve already had friends comment on how cute it is. Shipping was smooth, and the mat arrived exactly as pictured. If you’re looking for a high-quality, unique doormat with a fun design, I highly recommend CocomatsNmore!

The mat is a nice thickness and seems to be a good quality. Shipping was a little slower than I expected but I wasn’t in a huge hurry so it was fine.
