I am delighted with the quality, design and fabrication of the reusable masks I purchased. I was pleasantly surprised to find that fabric is the perfect weight for comfort and the lining in particular has a very smooth finish. With respect to size - I am a petite adult female and before purchasing, I enquired whether the children's size might be more suitable. I was advised that it was - and it is. With respect to service - my email enquiry about sizing was answered very, very promptly. The notification that my order had been completed came barely 5 minutes after I placed it. I particularly wanted to buy an Australian made product and am rapt to have found this one. Thanks and well-done, guys!

My parents were going away and with all stories about the coronavirus I decided to get the disposable n95 masks for them. Paid for same day delivery but unfortunately the air tasker person decided to not turn up to collect and deliver the order. Sean contacted me to let me know immediately and instead of cancelling and refunding my order (like most companies would) he personally delivered it to my parents! I would not have believed this level of customer service existed if I did not experience it myself! Thanks so much Sean! Parents loved the masked too :)

Really like that the masks are reusable - more sustainable and efficient option. The masks are also a lot more comfortable than disposable, non-fabric options. Really appreciate Sean's customer service after encountering shipping issues. There are very limited after hours options to pick up items from the courier so recommend sending to work if you can't receive packages at home easily.

We all know of the saying first impression last and I can say that Sean one of the Customer Support Team is very accommodating and helpful with all my concerns and queries. Sean has the sense of urgency in putting customer first and I highly appreciated the effort and concern.

The masks were well-made and fit snugly. Although it wasn't mentioned in the description that I noticed, they had a bendy (metal?) part sewn into the mask over the bridge of the nose. That and the adjustable-tightness straps made them easy to adjust for a snug fit, which is exactly what's needed. Well done on a great design, Clear Collective!
