I have purchased multiple masks for adults and kids from Clear Collective and they have all been great fit and super comfortable. They last for very long time even with regular washing, I do not feel too hot wearing it even with filter. Easy to order, quick delivery and always nice to get "sweet" surprise with it. I’m a health care worker and have always hated wearing the hospital masks. They smell toxic and irritate my skin. I ordered two masks from Clear Collective and they arrive in WA within days. These are well made with lovely soft cotton and fit nicely on your face. The ear straps are a soft, light adjustable elastic. The filters fit perfectly. A very kind inclusion of a Tim Tam in the packaging! I gobbled mine down straight away.

As someone who is immunosuppressed and was requiring a mask quickly, I did a Google search and found Clear Collective. I’m so pleased I did. Excellent Customer Service from Sean, who really did go the extra mile to make sure i received it on time. These masks are so comfortable to wear. Great quality cotton, fitting very well to cover you nose, mouth, cheeks and shaped under you chin to ensure they will be as effective as they can. If you need to wear a mask for any length of time I highly recommend these, definitely worth the money.

Ordered two black masks with valve, adult and kid sizes and received correct kids mask but non-valve adult mask. I then contacted company by email and Sean sent me out replacement the same day. No arguments, no hassles, and didn't expect me to return the incorrect mask. The masks themselves are comfortable and well made.

Well-made, comfortable masks. I love the little chin pocket and nose-wire which ensure the mask stays in place. I was also very impressed with the company's customer service that promptly fixed a packing issue with my order – I had a new mask in my letter box the next day! Highly recommend.

This is a really good company. Their masks are excellent and their customer service is outstanding. I have a small face and had trouble finding a mask that fitted. The children’s/small face mask fits perfectly. Customer service staff go above and beyond to help. The mask I have is as comfortable as a mask can possibly be. Highly recommend.

In December/January I initiated my mask search due to bushfires and smoke. My mum was immunosuppressed due to a blood cancer. She had always maintained high standards for both style and safety in all that she purchased so I needed to find the best mask I could. I needed Mum to feel comfortable and safe and I wanted Australian made. Masks weren't compulsory back then. After buying the first mask it wasn't long before we realised they were going to be a long term essential item. Covid. Suddenly I realised we all needed masks. Sure, CC masks are in the upper price range, but they are in this unpredictable environment worth it - style, safety and comfort. I've bought everyone in my immediate family and a couple of masks. Pink, blue, patterned, velvet, valves for exercise and smoke, non valve for close contact and Melbourne. They fit everyone from younger members to tall older adults, male and female. One family member made 3 different styles of masks and now wears CC because they are the most comfortable. When I realised the potential for birthday presents, Father's Day and gifts.......I became somewhat obssessed with orders. To my surprise everyone has been thrilled with their CC masks. I'm now waiting on a few back orders but the service has always been super prompt and really helpful when in stock. I will continue to purchase these masks to protect my family.
