This ring is phenomenal! Beautiful cut and man it sparkles in the dark! I have been in love with yellow diamonds, read the reviews and thought let’s give it a try. Great customer service. My diamond popped out when a prong broke a few months after getting the ring, and Clean Origin fixed it for free (after some urging). Customer service was friendly and efficient and ring came back looking brand new!

My account was not updated to show the ring had been created and shipped out already. It took an email from me to ask, only to find the ring had been shipped and received in my city already. The updating of the status should be paid more attention to. Also, offer the option of having the item held at the local FedEx office while checking out instead of making us update it through FedEx. In this case, had I not spoken with my FedEx driver previously, I would have been playing chasemaster to have my package delivered. In my area, FedEx does not operate on weekends, so it could have been more frustrating.
