The ring was beautiful when it arrived. My wife almost cried when she opened it. The shipping came a week sooner than what originally was expected and made it before the holidays!

I received a good-quality product—a substantial luxury purchase that, frankly, wasn’t necessary. Unfortunately, any enjoyment was overshadowed by poor customer handling. The website UI and shopping filters are subpar, making it harder than it should be to compare and purchase with confidence. More importantly, customer service lacked empowerment: issues were not clearly owned, logged, or resolved, and basic customer-care expectations were missed. Competitors handle this far better, including immediate acknowledgment of returns and refunds. As a result of these shortcomings, I incurred $40 in unnecessary costs, which should not happen at this price point. Bottom line: the product quality is there, but the overall experience falls short compared to competitors.
Everything was perfect and right in time for xmas
I was afraid that the earrings would not arrive by Christmas, but they arrived in plenty of time thanks to 2-day shipping.
I sent an email the following day after i received the ring to send it back. I got an automatic response within the hour, however I didn't hear anything else back about the return. After 5 days I sent another email and then I got the return label. The returned ring has already reached your store and I'm still waiting to hear about the credit back to my credit card. I'm trying to be patient but it's a lot of money and I'd like my money back. I'm going to write another email tomorrow about my credit to my card. I have ordered another ring from you and am waiting for it to be finished and shipped so I want my original purchase credited back to my card.
