This ring is phenomenal! Beautiful cut and man it sparkles in the dark! I have been in love with yellow diamonds, read the reviews and thought let’s give it a try. The ONLY regret I have —they don’t have a wedding band with yellow diamonds to match. I will ABSOLUTELY be buying from them from now on, and recommending them to others.

Great customer service. My diamond popped out when a prong broke a few months after getting the ring, and Clean Origin fixed it for free (after some urging). Customer service was friendly and efficient and ring came back looking brand new!

I bought the oval loose lab diamond from Clean Origin. Great price. I didn’t bother with the setting because I had my own side diamonds and setting already designed.

My account was not updated to show the ring had been created and shipped out already. It took an email from me to ask, only to find the ring had been shipped and received in my city already. The updating of the status should be paid more attention to. Also, offer the option of having the item held at the local FedEx office while checking out instead of making us update it through FedEx. In this case, had I not spoken with my FedEx driver previously, I would have been playing chasemaster to have my package delivered. In my area, FedEx does not operate on weekends, so it could have been more frustrating.

I ordered the Gladiolus setting with 4c radiant center D VVS1 and the matching Gladiolus band in 14k white as a 25th anniversary upgrade. The rings are gorgeous! The ovals with the radiant is a great contrast! The only issue I have is that the rings are so dainty and light. I’m not sure that’s a good thing. I wish I had done platinum. Also the band doesn’t sit completely flush with the ring and that’s a little annoying. I may be able to get used to that but I haven’t been wearing them because I ordered another ring set to see if I like it better. As for the company…this is my first time ordering from CO and after I ordered the rings communication fell through a little. They shipped the rings with NO notification whatsoever…just so happens that my husband was home at the time! They did ship them almost a week early but what good is that if you’re not going to make anyone aware?!! Then there’s the packaging…it’s very underwhelming and I get it…that’s a cost we would probably have to incur as customers however I personally like ALL the glam! I haven’t really had a bad experience…just more of a mediocre one. I think the true test will come IF I decide to return the ring. That’s where the rubber meets the road. I posted pics and a video because their website doesn’t do this setting a lot of justice. Please excuse my hands. I didn’t know the rings were coming early so no manicure yet! I thought I had another week! LOL! Hopes this review helps.
