I wore the bracelet for the first time and 1 of the diamonds fell out. I have been going back and forth with customer service to try and get a replacement for weeks. I emailed the returns email address 3 times with no response, the repairs email 3 times with no response, and now I have been texting with customer service for the last 6 days trying to get paperwork sent to me and a shipping label so I can send it in for repair. This has been going on for 3 weeks - I am so unhappy with this purchase and the customer experience. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this company.

Shipping took a long time but I do recognize it was around the holidays. The ring is beautiful but corners were cut with designing such a thin band.

Posts are too think and hurt my wife's ears. Also, during the ordering process, I did not get any updates regarding delivery. I was anxious to have such an expensive gift being shipped without updates. At one point, I actually thought the whole Clean Origin company was a scam, and I was going to call my credit card company.
