Overall I've had a very good experience. Shipping was fast and came well packaged. My cooker didn't have the cup so I contacted customer service. They shipped one very quickly. Great job

I ordered a rice cooker and haven't received it in over a month. Delivery was slow and they were irresponsible. I couldn't even eat the rice. It was all due to your delivery and system issues.

I ordered rice cooker model (crp st 1009f ) On Nov 21, 2025 and paid online.   Order (website specified to be arrive Nov 26th 2025) did not showed up till Dec 4th 2025. On Dec4th 2025 wrong model( crp st 0609f- cheaper and smaller capacity model) got delivered to my residence. All my email inquiries in attempt to rectify  the wrong delivery were ignored. I had no choice but to make a international call( canada - us ) to get a hold of cuckoo americas attention.   After 3 international long distance call and 7 email inquiries( which cuckoo america never responded) I finally got a return label issued out on Dec 8th2025. After shipping the return with fedex as instructed, cuckoo once again become unresponsive to provide any insight when will I be receiving correct order. Again they ignore all my emails in effort to get an update on what's going to be happen. Dec 29, 2025 i had no choice but to make another international call as cuckoo america remain unresponsive. Customer rep said since they use 3rd party team for canada section I have to wait till they find out what happened my return. I ask her to verify whether they receive my return as cuckoo america website shows my return was never received, even though fedex tracking showed return was completed on Dec15 2025. When asked estimate time before I would find out of follow up, rep refused to give timeliness saying 'we don't know until we speak to canadian department', - don't know when would they respond to her inquiry. After asking the rep same question 3 times to have her follow up to this inquiry she finally promised she will update in 3 days. Rep never return update, Dec 30 2025 i get an email request from cuckoo america to leave them review how I liked their product. You guys need to seriously inspect the quality of service being provided by your staff because I was seriously not happy with the way your folks in Canada did here. All credit to those in the US for keeping me informed.
