The online shopping is fairly simple and it's easy to take back to my local store for a return if needed. However it would be nice if you had more stock instore and less 'online exclusives'. People still prefer to see the clothing in person, touch and try on before buying.

Unfortunately in some items the quality of the fabric is a let down. I would also like to be able to purchase natural fibres in more of your items.
