I can shop online with ease as I know I can return the outfit if it doesn’t fit without any issues…I find cc dresses best suit for my shape … overall I am happy with all my purchases with style, fit and price…. .

Good customer service and quick shipping

The team at La Trobe Uni Hill DFO are amazing. Thank you in particular to Michelle who assisted me on Saturday to find an outfit for a special occasion. Your kind, empathetic and professional professional demeanour did not go unnoticed or unappreciated. Thank you.

Great place to shop

Always good to use website and fast deliveet

Love the clothes and shipping was fast and efficient, great service

Some duds but was easy to return the one item I didn’t initially like. Fast shipping. Love the bras but super disappointed with the quality of one of the items.

Always a pleasure

Received the parcel promptly. Nicely packed.

Aside from a faulty/poor designed item the other 2 were great. I've purchased a few things from City Chic and this was my first issue with quality, that said the staff I spoke with were amazing and got it resolved in a timely manner. So I'm still a happy customer and still going to purchase more.

Great 👍

Shipping is fantastic. Service instore and online is amazing. I can't recommend highly enough

Excellent fit, upto date communication and quick shipping. Love my new dress

No fuss, all good

Great service as always

Shipped quickly and a great fit.

The online shopping is fairly simple and it's easy to take back to my local store for a return if needed. However it would be nice if you had more stock instore and less 'online exclusives'. People still prefer to see the clothing in person, touch and try on before buying.

I have noticed the quality has got better and prices are still really reasonable

Perfect

Outstanding customer service by Sam, Chiara and Adriana at the Harbourtown SA store.
