I went to the Bendigo store with negativity & apprehension, very unhappy with my figure, I was resigned to look frumpy and old. Lee was sensational, beautiful personality, fabulous recommendations, understanding of the challenges and armed with fabulous knowledge and suggestions. I left with 4 items, completely transformed and very happy. Thank you so much Lee, you are a genuine, lovely lady and I appreciate all you did for me today. I will be back.

Warning for everyone, check the height of the model before you purchase. Really, really disappointed with my recent purchase. Being 160cm, I look like a sad, short, fat clown in the higher love dress worn by a 6 foot tall model. My own fault for not reading the sizing info thoroughly. No way this maxi dress can be altered with its print. The model has a good amount of ankle and lower leg visible, I can't even see my feet :(

Went into City Chic Midland Gate after Joondalup had supposedly called Midland Gate to hold two items for me the girl at Joondalup had not done that at all was very disappointed with the Joondalup team member and her service, but when I had arrived at Midland for the item that was supposed to be on hold Donna had the best customer service apologising for something that is not her fault, she then not only helped me find my items that I required but also went above and beyond not only for myself but for all the customers she had approached her service is outstanding, she carries herself with a smile and makes sure every customer is leaving her store is leaving better than they came in she makes peoples day.

I’ve been shopping at City Chic for years, and I love that they offer stylish, on-trend pieces for curvy women. The fabrics usually feel great, and their dresses are my go-to for special occasions — they always make me feel confident and put-together. The staff in-store are generally warm and helpful, and I’ve had some great styling advice from them. Online shopping is easy, and delivery has been reliable for me.

After a long week of family medical emergencies and stress at work, I was in a rush to find a dress for a wedding in which I didn't feel gross. Mandy and Candice from the Joondalup store were very helpful and patient while I tried on half the store. Their upselling felt natural and not pushy, which was a nice change from feeling harassed and I even bought some tights They gave kind compliments even when I felt awful, really building up my self esteem. I can't thank these ladies enough as they gave me a comforting and relaxed experience where I felt like I was shopping with very knowledgeable friends. They deserve to be acknowledged for their hard work!

I had a lovely shopping experience at the Rockhampton store shopping for a dress for my son’s wedding. The lady looking after me, I didn’t catch her name, was welcoming and attentive with styling tips and advice. The dresses are so beautiful that I couldn’t decide on one, so I bought two! I will definitely be a returning customer.

I seen top online but they didn't had my size. I called them and they had it in store which is very far from me. I called store to hold it for me as I don't drive but she say she can only do it for 24 hours and i could only get there on weekend as I am working. I asked to pay over the phone they don't accept it. Sick of silly rules nobody wanted to help me plus next day they removed other tops from online shopping. How do I buy things? Its disaster service, very selfish and unprofessional.

This was my favourite brand and go to shop. I must have spent $2-3K over the last few years, but now I am done. The stores no longer stock sizes above a 20, so much for providing great fashion for curvy women. You are not size inclusive or for all women.

Went to City Chic at Carousel today. Found Simone to be so helpful, friendly and bubbly. Simone made up for the awful, disgusting lack of service and interactions with Tanya. She completely ignored us while we were looking for a change room, then just motioned with her hand and said “there”. She proceeded to see to the customers either side of us, while ignoring and pushing through us. There was a customer who used a wheelchair, and stated to Tanya she needed to consider her disability when choosing clothes. Tanya barked back “I’m the same size, I’m an XS, I’m fine when I sit down”, the most completely ableist, ignorant and dehumanising remark that could’ve been made. As we were waiting for a while for a dress, my daughter remarked on how long we had been waiting, to which Tanya, who hadn’t been in on the conversation, shot back “well we are busy, you’ll just have to wait your turn”. This would’ve been okay if we had been addressed by her in the first place. While I love the clothes at City Chic, and would give Simone 10/10, Tanya has ruined our experience, and we will not return to this store.

My wife and i went in for individual bra fittings and both walked out very happy. The ladies didn't miss a beat when i said i wanted to try some on too, even helped adjust while i was wearing. We walked out with a nice selection and a discount. Would definately recommend if you are CD/TS and not sure about asking.

Just purchased the size 12 Abbie suit - it feels beautiful on, fully lined, and the legs of the trousers flow beautifully and it is flattering. I have to get the pants altered though as I'm short on legs - 5'2 - and need them taken up 4 inches lol. Otherwise, one of my favourite buys.

I have been a customer of Citychic for a number of years, yesterday I received excellent service from the Manager of the Brownsplain store in Queensland. So helpful that l purchased more than 1 iteam, l love the dresses l now have, thank you for the advice and expertise.

Within hours of placing my online order I noticed when putting in my address it auto corrected the house number! I immediately contacted City Chic to let them know about my mistake & asked to have the numbers changed just to be told that they can not change delivery information after the order is placed. I than asked for the order to be canceled & refunded my order amount $100+ to than be informed it can take upto 24 - 48hrs to process that cancellation. Meanwhile if my order is packed & shipped within that timeframe than ‘oh well’ someone else gets a couple of new outfits on me & my money is as good as gone!

Hi Team City Chic , There are a few complaints that I would like to report :- 1. The quality of your clothes have detoriated , after a few wash itself , the dress look old and worn out . Your prices should do justice to the quality of clothes . 2. As a plus size petite Asian all the necks in dresses are super deep and uncomfortable . You should consider diversity of your customers . 3. Is $50 off on your next purchase a genuine offer ? I don't think it ever works .
